We’re a fully-renovated, dog-friendly beach house in the heart of the Outer Banks. Our style is a balance of clean lines and an airy, beachy vibe. Located on the highly sought-after Marlin Drive in the Town of Duck, enjoy beach access at one end of our block and coffee, yoga, and fine dining at the other.

  • Sleeps 8: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

  • One king bed, two queens, and two twins.

  • Hardwood floors throughout; tile in bathrooms.

  • Bathrooms fully renovated over winter 2022/2023.

  • Pharmacopia shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

  • New furniture in living room, dining room, and primary bed.

  • Kitchen renovated in 2022 with new countertops and appliances.

  • All new linens and pillows for 2023.

  • REME-LED whole home UV air purification system.

  • French doors open out onto new patio and wraparound deck completed May 2023.

  • Lower level still unfinished, but coming soon!

  • New outdoor temperature-controlled shower.

  • Private neighborhood beach access, no public access.

  • Beach chairs and umbrellas provided.
